Initially they told me they will check out it. Then I was informed the system was sending it to an incorrect email address. This happened several times after I was told my email address had been updated. Then they told me they will do an escalated case to trace my email concern, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was informed my original e-mail service - protonmail. com is not suitable. Then I changed my e-mail to a yahoo e-mail address they said would offer me no problems. I wait, still nothing. Then they inform me it was because I had not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.

I called once again and they told me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my subscription, but when I insisted, they said that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still nothing, usual runaround. Upon logging into the site, I can see which services sent updates at what time, but Go here then customer care informs me on their end, it shows absolutely nothing was sent and they don't know when they head out through email. When I asked for a manager or various contact information, they said they don't have any.

I paid near to 5 figures for these lifetime memberships overall, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, aggravating, and dreadful customer support.
